Thomas Schauer

Tom Schauer is a seasoned enterprise sales executive with over a decade of experience driving revenue growth across some of the most complex and high-stakes industries in the market. A multi-time, four-plus year Presidents Club winner, Tom has built a reputation as a relentless closer and strategic pipeline builder.

Throughout his career, Tom has spearheaded enterprise deals with marquee organizations including QTS Data Centers, Lineage Logistics (one of the world's largest cold storage and logistics companies), ProPharma Group, and a wide array of hospitals and healthcare systems across the country. His ability to navigate long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and procurement complexity has made him a trusted partner to Fortune 500s and growth-stage companies alike. At his peak, Tom managed over $2 billion in active pipeline, directly accountable for revenue performance across multiple verticals.

Most recently, Tom serves as Vice President of Sales at Dover Capital, where he oversees sales operations for a private equity portfolio that includes TestimonialTree, KeyStory AI, and Edge 10 Group — driving performance and revenue growth across all three platforms simultaneously.

Tom is also the founder of Schauer Advisors, a fractional sales leadership practice designed for companies that need experienced, hands-on sales execution without the overhead of a full-time CRO, VP of Sales, or dedicated sales team. Whether it's building a go-to-market strategy from scratch, closing enterprise deals, or coaching an early sales org, Schauer Advisors brings C-suite sales firepower to companies at any stage.
